General Terms and Conditions

  • Clarity Cosmetic Laser Clinic medical practitioners and technicians reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and to refuse treatment for the client if deemed not suitable. This decision is to be made by the Clarity Cosmetic Laser medical practitioner and/or technician at their absolute discretion.

  • During our peak season, clinic may request a small deposit of $50 for high-value injectable appointments and, once the appointment has been attended, this amount will be deducted from your total treatment cost.

  • Clarity Cosmetic Laser Clinic reserves the right to end a sale or amend pricing at any time without prior notification or advertisement.

 

Refunds

  • Clarity Cosmetic Laser does not provide refunds for products or services if consumer simply change their mind. Refunds will only be provided where required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Treatment fees cannot be refunded in the case of sub-optimal results (Includes: no results, or complications). This is because all fees that are paid are related to the service provided. (Includes: time, expertise, product cost and other costs incurred during treatment)

  • As everyone response differently to treatment and result, no financial guarantee can be given. 

 

Client’s Change of Circumstances

  • It is your responsibility to disclose all medical conditions truthfully to Clarity Cosmetic Laser Clinic. 

  • Staff at Clarity Cosmetic Laser Clinic is not liable for any non-disclosed medical conditions. Please make sure to provide us any change of medical conditions. 

  • Staff at Clarity Cosmetic Laser Clinic is not liable for any adverse events as a result of any non-disclosed or unknown medical conditions. 

  • No clinical procedure is risk free. We will provide information about the risks prior treatments. Once consent is received from you, Clarity Cosmetic Laser Clinic is not liable for any complication arising from your treatment/s. 

  • Treatment results vary from person to person, due to various factors. Clarity Cosmetic Laser Clinic cannot guarantee results.

  • $20 credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • $20 credit cannot be passed on to another person.

  • $20 credit must be used in one transaction.

  • You need to purchase a minimum of $50 full price skin care products in order to utilise $20 credit.

 

How does refer a friend works?

  • Collect a refer-a-friend card from us and confirm your client details are correct in our system.

  • Write your name and your friend’s name on the refer a friend card

  • Gift the card to your friend, who will bring this along to their first consultation

 

Once your friend has set up their account at Clarity Cosmetic Laser Clinic and has purchased their first treatment, both you and your friend will have your $30 credit applied to your accounts, to use on your next purchase.

  • Valid for new client referrals.

  • Discount cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Discount cannot be used on skin care products. 

  • Discount can only be used on full price services. 

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other seasonal promotions. 

  • Only 1 discount can be used per transaction applied.

  • $30 credit is valid for 6 months after completion of first treatment. 

  • $30 credit cannot be pass on to another person. 

No limit to client referrals.
